Payments are processed on the 5th of each month and will continue until the balance is paid in full. All down and full payments are processed immediately!

The following options are ways to make payment:

• Automatic Bank Payment (ACH) - ACH Payments are those payments you have authorized FACTS to process directly with your financial institution. Payments may be made from either your checking or savings account. Payments are processed on the 5th of each month and will continue until the balance is paid in full.
• Credit Card Option - Many payers select the option of charging their monthly tuition payment to their credit card. Payments will be charged on the 5th of each month until the balance is paid in full. VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express are cards accepted by FACTS

Cost to Participate

• $25 enrollment fee charged by FACTS per semester
• $2 enrollment fee for an immediate full payment
• $25 returned payment fee if a payment is returned

IMPORTANT INFORMATION YOU SHOULD KNOW

• The payment plan option is intended to assist students whose tuition and fees are not covered by financial aid.
• There is a $25.00 fee charged by FACTS to participate in the payment plan. The fee is non-refundable and is not credited to your student account.
• If you sign up for a payment plan and have made an adjustment to your schedule (added a class or dropped a class) through IQ Web, you must notify Accounting Services to adjust your FACTS account.
• If you withdraw from a class and the refund period is over, you are still responsible for all of the tuition owed. Refunds are based on the amount of tuition and fees charged and not what the student has paid.
• You will continue to receive a billing statement from LSUA even if you have a payment plan with FACTS. When reviewing your student statement you will need to deduct from your outstanding balance any payments made to FACTS but not yet received and posted to your account by LSUA.

• If courses are dropped, any refund is applied to the balance due.
• If courses are dropped and no refund is due, the balance is owed and must be paid in full.
• Refunds are based on total tuition and refundable fees charged and not tuition and fees paid at the time of registration.

LSU at Alexandria is offering the payment plan through a third party processor. The plan makes use of automatic drafts from your checking, savings or credit card account. Payments are drafted the 5th of every month. This is a convenient online service that can be done from home, work, or school.
