General Information
Students are now able to view their billing statement of account and posted financial aid online. You can access this information through IQ Web.
If you have a financial aid question, please contact the Office of Financial Aid and Scholarships at (318)473-6423. Accounting Services does not control the timing of aid placed on a student's account.
LSUA will apply your financial aid towards your tuition and fees and student housing costs. Any excess aid refund will be mailed to you or direct deposited to an authorized Campus Federal account. Please make sure your correct mailing address has been updated with the University. Failure to update your mailing address may delay the receipt of any refund check.
Tuition and/or fees are subject to change without prior notice with approval of the Board of Supervisors.
By linking your OaKard to a Campus Federal Credit Union account you will receive electronic funds transfer (EFT) of LSUA related student credit balance refunds directly to your OaKard Campus Federal account. This will eliminate waiting to receive LSUA related checks in the mail. To take advantage of this service, you must open an account with the Campus Federal Credit Union and complete a Direct Deposit Authorization Agreement. You can open a Campus Federal account at the LSUA Auxiliary Services Office on the second floor of the Student Center. Please see the Auxiliary Service Office for more information.
All Financial Aid or third party sponsorships on your student account are contingent upon the specific requirements for receiving such aid, including satisfactory academic progress. If for any reason there is a reduction or adjustment to an anticipated award, you are responsible for all amounts owed as a result.
In compliance with the Federal Family Educational Rights Privacy Act (FERPA), LSUA will not release any information on your student account to anyone without your written consent. We understand that parents are the responsible party for paying the tuition for many of our students, but please help explain to them that due to FERPA we cannot provide billing details to parents without your written permission.
