Direct Deposit

LSUA is pleased to offer you the convenience of Direct Deposit for your student credit balance refunds. By linking your OaKard to a Campus Federal Credit Union account your refund will be automatically deposited in your account. This will eliminate waiting to receive LSUA refund checks in the mail.

To take advantage of this service, you must open a Campus Federal Credit Union account and complete a Direct Deposit Authorization Agreement. You can open a Campus Federal account at the LSUA Auxiliary Services Office on the second floor of the Student Center. After your account is open and you have received your account number from Campus Federal, you can go to IQ-Web and click the "Campus Federal" link on the left and complete the Direct Deposit Authorization Agreement. Please be sure that all information on the agreement is correct. Failure to include your correct Campus Federal account number will cause your deposit to be rejected and your refund will be delayed.

Direct Deposit is the most convenient way to get your refund. Students who do not sign up for Direct Deposit will have a refund check mailed to their mailing address on file with the university. NO CHECKS will be disbursed from the Accounting window.
